**We are looking for a Customer Care Superstar to join our team based in Sydney on a permanent full-time basis**

The Customer Care Executive is responsible for delivering a “wow” experience to our customers as a first point of contact for all divisions of Rentokil Initial. You will be required to handle inbound/outbound contact in a professional manner to preserve customer retention and initiate new business opportunities to existing customers that have been requested.
- The next ideal Customer Care Executive will thrive in a diverse and busy environment. Do you have a proven track record in customer/support service, service planning, administration support, and call centre experience? In this role, you will be responsible for report generation, creating a great customer experience, resolving customer queries, liaising with other departments, and supporting our team. Excellent communication skills and customer service experience are a must and a passion for delivering great customer service is essential_
