Quarry Worker

**Operate and Assist** Opportunity to join our team as a casual Quarry Operator at our Ferny Grove Quarry in Brisbane, Queensland. This role will be reporting to the Quarry Manager and we are seeking applicants who are experienced operators, have a passion for safety and values a strong work ethic. **Financials**: - Your 38hrs is spread over 4 days of 9.5 hours per day, the last day of the financial week and Saturdays are all overtime, (the first 2hrs of overtime is rate X 1.5 then all double time from then). - You will be rewarded with a competitive and attractive hourly rate ($25 - $34ph depending on experience). **In your new role with us, you will**: - Operating Mobile Equipment including Dump Trucks, Front End Loaders and Excavators - Operating the crushing and screening plant - General fixed plant maintenance and inspections - During busy periods we expect all employees to pitch in and perform any/all quarry tasks where needed **This role is a great fit for you if you have**: - Valid tickets and experience operating a Loader, Dump Truck and Excavator - Total commitment to Zero Harm and Safety Leadership - Strict adherence to fixed and mobile plant pre-start & maintenance procedures - Ability to work in a small team and unsupervised - Professional work ethic with a "can do" attitude **What we offer**: - Be part of highly recognised global brand name and growing organisation - Ongoing career and development opportunities - PPE provided.
