The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, this newly created role based at the iconic Taronga Zoo acts as our first impression to our guests Tuesday - Saturday This role is ideal for a customer focused professional looking for a dynamic and fun work environment. Responsibilities include:

- Answering & directing calls
- Assisting guests with their enquiries over the phone and in-person
- General administration as required
- Exceptional communication skills
- Friendly nature
- Efficient & accurate
- Ability to work proactively & unsupervised
- Assisting the sales and events team with administration tasks
- Management of general inbox including initial response to event enquiries
