**Medical Receptionist - casual**

**Essential requirements;**
- Willing to work weekends. (Saturday mornings)
- Be able to do call in to work shifts “call in” (covering sick / annual leave of other staff)
- Recommendation letter from most reason employer.
- Excellent communication skills & Good customer service skills.
- Effective time management & organisational skills, with the ability to manage several tasks at one time. (Multitasking ability in the rush hour or two)
- Good computer skills
- Strong personal skills to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- A pleasant phone manner
- Own car and diving licence.

Efficient, Responsible, Self-motivated, quick learner with good attitudes.

**Minimum qualifications needed for the position**:
1. First aid

2. Triage

**Location**:

Award rates

**Work type**:
Casual position - up to 1 year

**Shift times**:
Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 12.30pm & 1pm to 4.30pm
Saturday: 9.30am to 1pm

**Shifts available **: four to five shifts per week - (approx. 25 to 30 hours p/w)

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Christmas bonus
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
