Seen as the pinnacle of luxury - we are seeking a Timepiece & Fine Jewellery Expert to join the Chadstone boutique. You will be the face of the brand, upholding its vision and standards through customer experience - creating meaningful experiences for clients and longstanding relationships that are built on trust and an understanding of shopping preferences. You will serve as the ambassador in the Fashion boutique to share your expertise with Fashion Advisors on Fine Jewellery and Watch products and create a unique experience for every client.

Day to day will see you |
- Contribute to the performance of the Timepiece and fine jewellery category in the boutique - including high jewellery sales
- Support the training and development of Fashion Advisors with Timepiece and fine jewellery knowledge
- Build in-depth client understanding to support Merchandising and Marketing
- Serve as the technical expert for WFJ presentation as a part of various in-boutique & external fashion events
- Attend High Jewellery events and contribute to developing visibility and awareness among Fashion & WFJ customers
- Take lead on WFJ related boutique operations including assortment and stock optimization, After-sales, complaint handling

To set you up for success in this role you will need a background in Fine Watches and/or Fine Jewellery and a relative certification ie (FHH/GIA) or the equivalent expertise.
- Passion for Luxury watches & Fine Jewellery and Fashion
- Product Knowledge & WFJ Expertise with the ability to offer expert advice on WFJ products including complications and high-end pieces.
- Ability to establish relationships with clients and to personalize client journey
- Intermediate (Advanced preferred) Excel, Word and PowerPoint Presentation Skills
