The Role

As Boutique Manager, you will be the driving force behind the Melbourne CBD boutique’s success. With full accountability for the boutique's performance, you will lead client engagement strategies, manage operations with precision, and inspire your team to consistently exceed expectations. Skills and Experience

- You will bring proven leadership experience within a luxury retail, high jewellery and or timepiece environment, coupled with a deep understanding of the expectations of a discerning clientele.

- Your commercial acumen is matched by your passion for mentoring and developing a cohesive, motivated team.

- Operational excellence, attention to detail, and a polished, professional demeanour are essential.
