We have a team here at Yong HQ in our own building Pacific Centre to back you including an full time IT manager, Graphic Designer, Office Manager, etc.

At Yong, we also offer an effective client relationship management software system, comprehensive database, ongoing support if required, no transaction fees, no franchise fees, no desk fees or admin fees.

Contractors are also welcome.

**Job Requirements**:

- A minimum of two years sales, business ownership or professional experience
- Proof of income over the past two or three years
- 50 to 80% incremental commission based on experience and outcomes or 60% as a contractor with no proof of pervious income in real estate
