**About the role**
We are seeking experienced schedulers to join a brand-new centralised rostering team in our Residential Care Services department. With options including full time and part time roles, plus flexibility in terms of work location, this is your opportunity to join a team and bring your puzzle solving ability to work The primary purpose of this role is to manage the effective scheduling and rostering of employees within Residential Aged Care facilities, ensuring optimal coverage and continuity of care. You will be responsible for developing and publishing rosters, responding to planned and unplanned absences and ensuring the data integrity of our workforce management system.
**About you**
You will have experience in rostering, developing schedules in line with KPI targets and legislation. Able to communicate rosters and shift changes effectively to employees in a timely manner, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at problem solving. You’ll have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Key skills will include:
- Cert III in Office Administration/Business or equivalent is desirable
- Rostering experience, preferably in an aged care setting
- Ability to maintain and understand records/data management and reporting systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment and to remain calm and composed
- Experience using IT systems, databases and scheduling software with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to use your own initiative, with sound problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively as a team member
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
