The Tasman, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Hobart, is located just steps from Hobart’s waterfront and the city’s top restaurants and attractions. The Tasman is a unique combination of Modern Contemporary, Art Deco and Heritage architecture. The deco lounge is the beating heart of the hotel, it's a transitional space: from day to night, indoor to outdoor, with a diversified food and beverage offer.

**The Opportunity**

**Full Time position is available, with a secure rotational roster over a fortnightly basis.**

**About You**
- Experience working in a similar supervisor position in a luxury hotel or hospitality venue.
- Experience in dealing with bookings using reservation booking software
- Strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills
- Immaculate personal presentation standards and excellent attention to detail
- Passion and knowledge about food & beverage products
- Excellent communication skills with warm personality both in person and via mail
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Full working rights in Australia
- Willing to be flexible is essential as shifts will include days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
