**Assistant in Nursing (AIN) - Shoalhaven Region**

We’re currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Assistant in Nursings (AIN's) to join our casual team in the beautiful Shoalhaven region. This role involves working across a range of aged care facilities from Nowra to St George's Basin, providing high-quality care and support to residents.

**Duties include (but are not limited to)**:

- Assisting residents with personal care (showering, grooming, dressing)
- Supporting residents with mobility and safe transferring
- Assisting with meals, including feeding where required
- Monitoring and documenting changes in resident health or behaviour
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Following care plans, facility procedures, and infection control guidelines
- Following directions from Registered Nurses (RNs) and facility management

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
- At least 6 months experience in similar role
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of aged care standards, policies, and procedures
- Willingness to obatin mandatory compliance documents

**Salary and Benefits**:

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $40.00 - $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Weekly bonus

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
