**About you**

We are looking for experienced **_*FEMALE ONLY*_** Support Workers** who are focused on supporting people with disabilities to support them in leading their best life.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Experience working with clients with varying needs
- Willing to work across a 24/7 roster
- A current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS clearance
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Passport, Birth or Citizenship Certificate to validate current Australian work rights
- Willingness to complete National and International Police Check (paid by Afford)
- Able to complete Pre-Employment Medical Assessment (paid for by Afford)
- Up to date COVID-19 vaccinations*
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support

**What you’ll be doing**

Providing high quality support to our clients who reside in our SIL accommodation with things like: personal care, community access, meal preparation and supporting clinical care needs.

Additionally, you’ll be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure client’s wellbeing is optimised which could entail reading and contributing to health care plans, communicating regularly with families, and other carers.

Most importantly, building person-centred relationships with our valued clients, and keeping their best interest at heart.
