As discussed, we would like to offer you the role of Clinical Supervisor at Autism Education and Research
Limited trading as Ruben’s Place.
Employment for this role will be for a period of 3 months commencing in May 2025. Your exact
start date will commence from the date your Australian Visa allows you to travel to Australia and
start work.
You will be employed in a full-time salaried position in line with (the Australian Manufacturing and
Associated Industries Award). Your employment will be for a period of 3 months with a pro rata
salary based on annual salary of $96,824 plus superannuation. You will be required to work 38 hours per
week.
We require your services to assist us in:
- Training and supervision for clinical staff members who are working towards their BCBA / CBA
certification. The Clinical Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services to children and individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The role involves overseeing clinical staff, monitoring treatment plans, conducting assessments, and ensuring that all services align with organisational standards and client needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and mentorship to allied health staff (e.g., psychologists, behaviour therapists, speech pathologists, occupational therapists)
- Review, develop, and monitor individualised treatment plans for clients with ASD, ensuring compliance with NDIS and organisational requirements
- Conduct client assessments, functional behaviour analyses, and progress reviews
- Attend and facilitate multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences
- Liaise with families, carers, schools, and external stakeholders to support client outcomes
- Provide training, support, and performance evaluations to clinical team members
- Ensure clinical documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with ethical and regulatory standards
- Support continuous quality improvement and service innovation within the clinical team
- Assist with the onboarding of new therapists and participate in recruitment when required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term
Pay: $74,254.76 - $130,359.46 per year
