**Your responsibilities will include**:
**Location: RAAF Base East Sale, you will be required to work on site**
As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading, shaping, and driving the future of pilot training systems for the next generation of aviators.

**Your primary responsibilities**:
Lead the AIR5428 Program Management Office (PgMO) development and task execution from initiation to completion, ensuring accountability for cost, schedule, and technical performance:

- Oversee PgMO performance, emphasizing customer responsiveness.
- Conduct program reviews and reporting.
- Develop and maintain project artifacts (work breakdown structures, schedules, resource profiles, project management plans, and program-specific processes).
- Monitor milestones and adherence to master plans and schedules.
- Identify task issues, propose solutions via stakeholder consultation, and allocate necessary resources.
- Foster strategic planning and innovation to achieve capability outcomes or adapt to evolving contractual needs.
- Cultivate professional relationships with Lockheed Martin management, employees, customers, contractors, and suppliers.

**About you**:

- Lockheed Martin is seeking a driven, experienced, and visionary Project Manager to take lead in the development of the AIR5428 program management office and transition task activities.
- ** To be successful you will ideally have experience in**:

- Proven experience managing and delivering projects
- Experience in managing and leading teams
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or relevant discipline
- Defence Industry experience or experience in civil aviation
