**The company**:
Our client is a public research University based in Melbourne. The University has state of the art facilities and is known for making a positive difference in the lives of its students, partners, and communities.
**The role**:
Provide specialist advice in educational design to support academic staff in the development of blended learning designs and high-quality flexible and online teaching resources and experiences.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide specialist advice to achieve the goals of the Teaching and Learning strategic plan
- Work on several projects simultaneously
- Negotiate solutions in consultation with a range of stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for improvements to work processes
**Skills and experience**:
- Significant experience in educational design
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with ability to manage multiple stakeholders to achieve stated outcomes
- Demonstrated personal management and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with LMS and project management software
