**POSITION**

An Operations Coordinator / Assistant position has now become available due to internal promotion

Some of the Key responsibilities are but not limited to:

- Implementation and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Research, implementation and maintenance of new systems
- Liaise with IT companies regarding all areas of IT, from troubleshooting issues to purchasing new licences
- Assistance with building out reports, PowerBI dashboards and assistance with developing Microsoft Powerapps
- Assist with product pricing
- Working with international suppliers to ensure that all orders are delivered on time and at the correct pricing
- Purchasing operation equipment, such as laptops, phones, tablets etc.
- Assisting with customer and colleague enquiries, working closely with production and sales managers

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below experience:

- Proven track record of Operations & Logistics within **ANY** form of Manufacturing Industry
- Highly proficient in Excel and database management
- Experience & proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Ability to work engage key suppliers and clients in a professional manner
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
