We are looking for a talented professional with a passion for working in a technical environment. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the Business Transformation Manager is responsible for cultivating the Alcon value proposition and cross-portfolio strategy to engage key customers addressing unmet needs. This will be accomplished by driving customer insights through to action in the business planning cycle, supporting product launch excellence, and building value-added services with cross-functional partners. The Business Transformation Manager is also responsible for the digital ecosystem which will include digital engagement and future digital projects to enhance overall customer experience. To be successful, you will have a high level of business acumen, be a creative thinker and be able to balance competing priorities, all while honing your skills as a modern marketer.

Core Competencies

OneAlcon Strategy: Coordinate the corporate brand reputation project, cross-portfolio strategy and corporate accounts engagement with internal stakeholders

Market Insights and Planning: Undertake market research as needed and, support the business cycle and launch excellence processes

Digital Ecosystem and engagement: Support digital transformation and infrastructure, digital marketing and engagement and other digital projects to future-proof the organisation with global and local teams

Value-added Services: Deliver value through corporate account and service engagement

Financial Acumen - Be an active contributor to overall budget management through effective PO and invoice administration

Leadership Qualities - Bring a positive attitude with ‘out-of-the-box’ thinking to overcome barriers to execution. This role offers the right person, the right opportunity to shine and achieve professional career aspirations

Essential Requirements
- Marketing and/or Business-related degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated strong project management skills and experience with digital connections
- High-level of business acumen and experience at working at all levels within an organisation
- Demonstrated relationship building, story-telling both written and verbal, and creative mind-set

Preferred Requirements
- Proven experience working in marketing and leading a team of cross-functional partners to deliver results
