**Primary purpose of the role**

The role will lead the coordination of all work streams including continuous improvement, business continuity planning, change readiness activities and supporting the implementation of organisational change to ensure the strategic data agenda is achieved.

**Key accountabilities**
- Develop, define and implement the project and change management plan and program schedule for the strategic data agenda and associated work streams, in close consultation with business stakeholders and program sponsors, to ensure successful delivery and achievement of business objectives.
- Provide project leadership and governance of programs and associated work streams to ensure change plans and cost control are in alignment with the business’ project and change management approach and methodologies as well as the transformation narrative.
- Work with program stakeholders to identify significant organisational change issues and risks and develop strategies to address these to minimise impacts to program delivery.
- Provide strategic and tactical level reporting, advice and escalation of emerging issues and risks to senior leaders and the executive to inform strategic planning, decision making, and remedial action.
- Manage the strategic review of project deliverables to provide assurance of operational outcomes and benefits realisation.
- Manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to ensure stakeholders are engaged throughout the program.

**Essential requirements**
- Hold a valid clearance to work with Children (Working with Children Check) or ability to obtain one.
