**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Quality and Safety is a key responsibility of all our employees and as a Team Leader you will ensure that this focus is upheld and work with the relevant stakeholders to support process improvements.
- You will be a strong mentor, coach and leader of your team ensuring that they achieve their potential in professional growth.
- You will work with Sales, Marketing and Operations to ensure that our customer obligations are achieved, and you will take ownership of escalations.
- You will be passionate about Healthcare and work towards supporting the growth and customer satisfaction of our business.

**Your qualifications and experience**:
You will have an understanding of the Diagnostics business and systems, or experience as a Team Leader as well as having a strong reputation of delivering high levels of customer service. You will also be a strong people leader who has experience in coaching, mentoring and leading technical teams. Ideally you will have experience in the Healthcare industry.

This position will involve travel and you must have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
