**Role Overview**
- As the Growth Marketing Manager at Cashrewards you will be at the forefront of innovation and experimentation in our rapidly expanding business.
You will be responsible for planning, launching and scaling user acquisition and retention initiatives across key growth marketing channels, in particular across the Google Suite and/or Programmatic. Experience across other channels is a bonus.
As part of the Shopper Marketing team, you will also work closely with a diverse range of marketing specialists to deliver outstanding experiences for our members and our partners.
**Your Focus**:
- Scale growth marketing strategies to accelerate new member acquisition, retention and referral.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns from end-to-end across one or more of the following platforms Search, Programmatic, Social, Influencers, Affiliates, Publishers and App Store.
- Track, manage and optimise performance and large-scale investment to achieve key objectives include new member acquisition, monthly active users (MAU) and cost-per-acquired customer (CAC).
- Develop prioritised channel roadmaps and conduct on-going experiments to deliver continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate the effectiveness and value of growth marketing campaigns through in-depth analysis, reporting and presentations.
- Brief in-house creative teams to design high-quality creative, content and landing pages to support growth marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop innovative marketing campaigns, retail events and custom solutions for our merchant partners.
- Provide strategic recommendations to complement and enhance brand marketing activity.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive team culture and champion the on-going development of team members.
**About You**:
- Growth mindset with the ability to bring ideas to life and analyse the end results to drive future performance
- Proven success scaling user acquisition, retention or referral initiatives.
- Strong hands-on experience implementing and managing large scale campaigns.
- Confident managing multi-million dollar budgets.
- Subject matter expert in one or more of the following channels; Search (Google, Bing), Programmatic, Social (Facebook, TikTok, Snap), Influencers, Apple Search Ads and Affiliates.
- Proficient with marketing analytics tools (GA4, MMP) and data visualisation tools (Google Data Studio, PowerBI).
- Enjoy working with team mates to explore interesting challenges and develop creative solutions.
- Passion for data and uncovering actionable insights.
