**Associate Commercial Director**
**_ Position Purpose_**
The associate Commercial Director generates new revenue and drives sales growth through the identification,
engagement and acquisition of prospective clients within an assigned territory by (a) developing new business
through prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, scheduling and leading sales presentations, (b) aligning the
company’s products, services and value proposition through meaningful cold calls to senior IT executives within an
assigned territory, and (c) delivering against set goals and metrics.
**_ Duties & Responsibilities_**
- Creating fresh business opportunities through methods such as prospecting, lead generation, cold calling,
and coordinating and leading sales presentations.
- Establishing a strong connection between the company's products, services, and value proposition by
engaging in meaningful cold conversations with senior IT executives within the assigned territory.
- Achieving and surpassing predefined objectives and performance metrics (Quota is $200k-350k USD
annually).
- Record client details and account notes in CRM system. Follow internal reporting processes.
**_ Education & Experience_**
- 2+ years of frontline sales experience, ideally acquired in a fast-paced B2B sales setting, demonstrating a
consistent history of achieving sales objectives.
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Beginner Level IT & Business Knowledge
- Ability & skill to manage Small / Mid segment accounts

technology to effectively engage with customers.
