**Position**

This is an exciting role within the organisation working in their Sales Support for Bid & Tender Coordination.

Your responsibilities will focussed around the creation and execution of proposals, quotations and tenders for the Sales team.

Duties include:

- Responding to quote, tender and bid request
- Ranging on opportunities more large in price and size
- Liaising with the Sales team across AU & NZ
- Creation of presentations and or materials
- Ensure correct compliance and quality of proposals
- Using a library of data, quotations and proposals
- Analysing data, sales and information to help best practice
- Having input and forethought for strategy of bids
- Creating RFP's, RFQ's & RFI's
- Having full support from the contract and legal team for bid and tender queries
- Having full support from the junior sales support team
- Working from office and from home, WFH 2-3 days available after the first few months in the role

**The experience you need**

To be considered for this role, your experience should have history of similar functions to: supporting sales, quotes, proposals, tenders, bids, requests for information, and customer, client and team needs.

You will have an understanding of how to create and devise quotes/tenders/proposals that will be going forward to customers and clients to for successful sales and new business.

Your experience ideally is coming from a Sales Support, Bid Coordination, Tender Coordination, Customer Service (that includes quotes and tenders) or a related role where you are performing similar duties.

You may be in a similar internal support role now, looking to take the next step up. Your experience will ideally be coming from within the Transport, Freight, Logistics, Supply-Chain or Medical, Healthcare or Pharma industry.

Summary of points:

- Experience in related to quoting, tenders, bids, customer sales support
- Strong computer skills to create and perform the activities
- Experience supporting teams, sales staff and creating proposals
- Understanding pricing, numbers, profit, loss and margins
- Ideally experience from either; Transport, Logistics, Freight, Medical, Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industries
- Being able to interpret data, sales numbers and products
- Having a strong eye for detail and compliance
- Being able to understand the sales objectives and desired team
- Commercially-minded to look for sales trends, opportunity for quote price improvement, profit enhancement, looking at past data
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Experience supporting internal stakeholders
