We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Casual or Part time Sales Assistant to join our team at Niddrie Bakers Delight. (Suitable for University Students or those with daytime availability)

As a Sales Assistant you will receive ongoing training and development, and the opportunity to work as part of a team in a fun and supportive environment. There is also an opportunity to incorporate a Cert III in Retail into your training and development plan.

**At Bakers Delight, our Sales Assistants are responsible for**:

- Providing delightful service to our customers
- Merchandising the bakery products
- Promoting new products and campaigns
- Cash handling
- Ensuring a high standard of bakery presentation and cleanliness
- Supporting fellow team members

**To be considered for this role, you will have**:

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A high standard of personal presentation
- A positive attitude and thrive in a team environment
- Initiative and the ability to prioritise
- A welcoming and friendly personality and the ability to personalise service

This role will require you to work flexible hours which may include weekend, mornings, and evening work. Your 'can do' attitude will make you successful in this role. **Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $21.64 - $44.94 per hour

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
