**Position Overview**:
AquaFlask Australia is on the lookout for a dedicated and energetic individual to fill the role of Point Person for our Melbourne location. As the Point Person, you'll be instrumental in representing AquaFlask within the vibrant city of Melbourne, managing various aspects of operations, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This position presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading brand in the hydration industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Act as the primary contact point for customers throughout Melbourne. Provide exceptional service and support, nurturing existing relationships while actively seeking opportunities to expand our customer base.
- **Retail Operations**: Take charge of the day-to-day operations at our Melbourne location, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards. This includes overseeing inventory management, maintaining the store's appearance, and optimizing product placement.
- **Sales and Marketing**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost revenue and increase brand awareness. Engage with customers to promote AquaFlask products, educate them on features, and drive product interest through various marketing channels.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead by example and inspire a team of retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets. Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives. Generate regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and empower team members.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Familiarity with the Melbourne area and an understanding of local customer preferences is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
