As the Strategic Senior Quantitative Director, you'll play a key role in driving the agency's success by overseeing all aspects of quantitative research projects. You'll work closely with clients, providing expert guidance and insights, leading the development of proposals and budgets, and managing project timelines to ensure successful completion within budget and to the highest quality standards. Additionally, you'll lead and mentor a team of quantitative researchers, equipping them with the skills and tools needed to deliver top-notch results.

Commercially astute, this role will have an overarching responsibility for driving new business growth and client relationship building. A trusted client partner, you will have the ability to bring value and expand the current existing portfolio of commercial client partnerships.

To be considered for this role, you'll need 8-10 years of experience in quantitative research. You'll also need to demonstrate strong project management skills, the ability to lead and mentor teams, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Expert knowledge of quantitative research methods and tools, including statistical analysis software, is essential
