Sou'West Brewery has an exciting opportunity for full time Duty Managers to join the dynamic FOH Team.

**About the Role**:
As a Duty Manager of Sou'West brewery you will be a key member of the management team. You will work closely with Venue Management to ensure an excellent guest experience and a happy work environment for staff.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage and develop the FOH Team.
- Perform all service roles as required (host/expeditor/bar etc)
- Monitor reservations.
- Open/Close the building as required.
- Ensuring daily and nightly FOH tasks are actioned and completed.
- Ensure the company's standards, policies and procedures are maintained during shift.
- Act as a point of escalation for customer issues, complaints and problems to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service is maintained.
- Promote a strong team culture within the company.
- Similar experience in a fast-paced venue.
- Working knowledge of P.O.S systems.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- A passion for the hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate, encourage and train staff to achieve desired results and exceed guest expectations
- Ability to drive a strong team culture.
- Comprehensive industry knowledge.
- A proactive approach to conflict resolution.
- Valid VIC RSA.
- The ability to work rostered shifts including days, nights, weekends and public holidays
