gforce Employment + Recruitment is seeking: Dental Practice Manager on behalf of our client in a well-established and thriving dental practice. Step into a leadership role supporting day-to-day clinical operations

As Practice Manager you will work closely with the Lead Dentist, support staff, and reporting to the Practice Development Manager.

Duties & Responsibilites:

  • Overseeing daily clinic operations and ensuring high-quality patient care and customer service
  • Ensuring staff, equipment, and resources are available to meet the practice's targets and budget
  • Coordinating both clinical and administrative support
  • Promoting dental health and maintaining compliance with legislation and clinic policies
  • Supporting patient safety, efficient workflows, and helping the practice meet its financial goals

Full-time rotating roster: Monday to Friday and Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Attractive salary for full-time roles, based on skills and experience.
