**About the role**

Support Enrolled and Registered Nurses in delivering high-quality patient care across paediatric and neonatal services. Assist with daily living activities, provide person-centred care, and contribute to a safe and efficient healthcare environment.

**Key duties of the role**
- Assist nurses with routine patient care and daily living activities
- Prepare equipment, manage stock, and support nursing procedures
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, culturally sensitive environment
- Participate in quality improvement through data recording and reporting
- Support learning and competency development within the nursing team

**Skills and Experience**
- Enrolled 2nd-year Bachelor of Nursing student
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of person-centred care and nursing/healthcare standards
