**About the Role**

As an Assistant in Nursing across our mental health wards, you will work within a multidisciplinary team and assist the nursing team in the provision of care to our patients and their families.

**About You**

To thrive in this role, you should embody a positive and effective team spirit, showcasing excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

**You should also possess**:

- Certificate 3 in Health services OR Certificate 3 in Care Support OR Certificate 3 in Aged Care or currently completing a relevant undergraduate degree.
- Completion of a recognised Patient Care Assistant training program or equivalent
- Proven ability to effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Certificate 4 qualification in Health Services or currently completing their 2nd or 3rd year as a nursing student with experience in an acute hospital setting.
- Availability for a flexible roster covering all 7 days of the week.

**Remuneration**: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $27.17 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

**Requirements**:

- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
