**About the role**

The Accounts/Payroll team consists of 10 friendly, dedicated, enthusiastic and supportive people who work together to deliver successful outcomes. Amongst other things, the team manages the Accounts Payable function for over 10 entities within the larger Ahrens Group. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our busy team.

**Primary Duties
- Assist with the processing of Accounts Payable invoices using an automated workflow system,
- Processing Supplier and Subcontractor payments including statement reconciliation and liaising with suppliers
- Maintenance and data integrity management of the Supplier and Subcontractor database;
- Credit card reconciliations and processing of employee expense reimbursements;
- Assist with the processing of payrolls across various Awards

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in a high volume Accounts Payable role;
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills;
- Sound Microsoft Excel skills;
- Strong time management with the ability to work to deadlines;
