**About the Role**:
We are seeking expressions of interest for an experienced **female support worker** to provide tailored care for a participant in Mountain Creek, QLD. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of a young person with complex support needs by offering supervision, engagement, and assistance with daily living activities.

**Key Details**:

- **Location**: Mountain Creek, QLD
- **Hours**: 2 x 3.5-hour shifts per week (with potential for overnight shifts)
- **Start Date**: Pending finalization of participant's care plan
- **Duration**: Ongoing support based on participant needs

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide person-centered care, including supervision and active engagement.
- Assist with self-care tasks and support emotional regulation.
- Provide transportation to appointments and community access activities.
- Adapt care to meet the unique needs of the participant.

**Requirements**:

- Female support worker (early 20s to early 30s preferred).
- Experience in managing complex behaviors, including emotional regulation and aggression.
- Strong understanding of mental health and developmental challenges.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Worker Orientation Module completion.
- Patience, energy, and an engaging personality.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with overnight shifts (active or inactive) for participants requiring additional safety measures.
- Ability to follow a behavioral support plan and adapt to participant-specific needs.
