We are seeking committed and passionate casual Support Workers to take on the role of Supported Independent Living Support Workers - Sleep over shifts in one of our new SDA homes in Coes Creek.

Worker Requirements:

- Personal Care will be a component of shifts. Must be willing to support participants with personal care tasks.
- Community Access will be a component of some daytime SIL shifts
- 3 consistent Sleepover shifts are available 8pm - 8am with sleepover component of shift running from 10pm to 6am Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
- Australian Driver's License and access to a fully insured vehicle. Car must be able to fit a fold up wheelchair in it if completing Community Access shifts
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & blue card
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Undertaking, completed or willing to commence undertaking qualifications relevant to support work
- Police check/ criminal history screening
- Medication Competency or willing to obtain

We will offer:

- Regular and consistent roster supporting 2 participants in their SIL home
- SCHADS award pay point paid based on qualifications and experience

We need reliable applicants who are accountable so we can continue to deliver the high level of support and care we do. In return we promise to give you a safe and harmonious work environment where we are all purpose driven to not only improve the quality of participant lives but also of the lives of each other.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.96 - $47.38 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
