Successful manufacture in Hemmant seeking a Production Planner to join their team due to exponential growth

**Your new company**
Is a successful manufacturing company in Hemmant who prides themselves on a positive team culture and strong retention is looking to expand their team.

**Your new role**
Your new role as a Production Planner is responsible for the organisations management of output for its production plants; effectively and efficiently planning the timing and quantities of each managed product line. Ensuring adequate levels of raw materials, labour, consumables, packaging, and be responsible for other production components as required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful for this position you may possess some of the following;
- Previous experience in production planning within a factory/manufacturing or processing plant (highly desirable)
- Be able to effectively plan and prioritise operations to ensure maximum performance
- Ability to determine labour, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
- Proven experience monitoring material supply flow and identifying any shortages
- Ability to identify and resolve problems relating to inventory
- Strong system skills (ERP/Excel)
- Excellent Analytical skills (attention to detail is a must)
- Sound understanding of Workplace Health and Safety Advantageous
