**About the role**

Naturatech Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time **Production Operator / Process Worker** to join our team in Warriewood, NSW. As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations, ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our products.

**What you'll be doing**
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to manufacture our products to the highest standards
- Perform hands-on assembly and processing tasks as required
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the production process
- Identify and report any issues or inefficiencies in the production line
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
- Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives

**What we're looking for**
- Ability to follow GMP documentation and processes
- Ability to work in a Clean Room environment
- Follow instructions and production deadlines
- High level accuracy and attention to detail
- Teamwork skills as well as ability to work autonomously
- Reliability and punctuality
- Strong work ethic
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit and able to do manual handling with some heavy lifting (10 - 20 kg max)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have the right to work in Australia
