Ventia is seeking a Finance Administrator to support our Telecommunications contracts, based in Heatherton, Melbourne. In this role you will work with our project team through invoice management, ad hoc analysis and general tasks as directed by the Finance Lead.

We are looking for someone with a passion for detail, who is excited for a long-term career as you continue to develop your skills.

**Duties**
- Managing downstream invoicing including: preparing payment runs, managing statutory declarations and purchase orders.
- Ensuring invoices are recorded correctly in work orders and are reconciled in SAP & NOVUS.
- Assisting with Cost to Revenue analysis and EOM reporting.
- Providing support to other telco projects.
- Performing ad hoc tasks & analysis per the Finance Lead.

**What we are looking for**:

- Tertiary qualification in an Accounting, Economics or Business related field desirable.
- Intermediate knowledge of excel and reconciliations.
- Ability to work in a team environment, and communicate with multiple stakeholders.
