**About The Role**:
As a key part of our team, you’ll:

- Undertake general maintenance and repairs, ensuring a safe and functional environment.
- Maintain outdoor areas, including mowing, pruning, fertilizing, and removing garden waste.
- Follow a preventative maintenance schedule, addressing issues before they become problems.
- Assist contractors and supervise maintenance workers and volunteers as needed.
- Perform orderly duties and basic administrative record-keeping using our asset management system.

**What We’re Looking For**:
If you have a knack for fixing things and keeping spaces well-maintained, we’d love to hear from you To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

- At least 12 months of experience in a maintenance or handyman role.
- A current driver’s licence and basic knowledge of Work Health & Safety requirements (or the ability to learn within one month).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and functional facility.
- Possess a current National Police Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check - or the ability to acquire.

**Desirable but Not Essential**:

- Relevant (non-trade) qualifications in maintenance or facility management.
- Experience using a computer-based asset management system.
- Previous experience in aged care or community services.
