A great opportunity has become available to join the Nike Retail team in the role of Product Coach (Apparel) at our Adelaide store; this is a 12 month fixed term contract reporting to the Assistant Head Coach.

Reporting into the Assistant Head Coach (Assistant Store Manager), you will:
- Lead the Apparel or Footwear department, ensuring the sales team provide fantastic service
- Coach: provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate your Department (Apparel or Footwear), through training, performance management, as well as succession and career planning
- Drive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential
- Inspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun
WHAT YOU BRING:
- A passion for the Nike brand
- Previous coaching/managerial experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound computer proficiency
- A natural sense of urgency
