**Our West End - Montague Road Centre**
Edge Montague Road provides quality childcare and kindergarten for children six weeks to school age. Our West End long day care centre has a homely feel and a very inclusive environment, celebrating different cultures. Our multicultural educators are able to pass on knowledge of their culture and native language through their lessons with the children.

**Are you our next Edge Lead Educator?**
We are looking for a Lead Educator to work Monday - Friday in our beautiful Nursery. As a Lead Educator, you will:

- Lead a team of Educators within a room, whilst focusing on individual development and mentoring in the education, care and supervision of each child.
- Work collaboratively with fellow Educators to develop and implement inspirational educational programs.
- Create a friendly, secure, and stimulating interactive learning environment.
- Nurture and develop our team members so they confidently contribute to our children’s learning.
- Develop trusting and honest relationships with children, families, colleagues, management and community stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with EYLF and NQS are met or exceeded.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or actively studying towards.
- Current Blue Card
- Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID004) Certificate
- Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
- Prior experience as a Lead Educator is preferred.
