**Description**:
What is the Opportunity?
We are looking for a dynamic Café Manager with a passion for coffee and customer experience. You will be responsible for end-to-end leadership of the café included financial outcomes, customer experience, and employee management.
This is a full-time permanent role, you must be available to work 38 hours per week.
**Day to day you will be**:

- Leading and supervising the café team
- Hiring, training, and managing staff
- Ensuring exceptional customer service
- Maintaining high standards of coffee and food quality
- Managing stock levels and placing orders
- Creating staff schedules within the labour budget
- Ensuring the café remains clean and complies with health and safety regulations
- Handling customer complaints and feedback
- Overseeing financial transactions and cash handling
- Marketing and promoting the café
- Monitoring and improving operational efficiency
- Implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures
