What is the Opportunity?

We are looking for a Cafe Supervisor to join our Veneziano Cafe in Richmond, Melbourne. The Cafe Supervisor will work closely with our Cafe Manager, executing exceptional coffee and service standards.

This is a full-time permanent role, you must be available to work 38 hours per week, including one day on the weekend.

Key skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated experience leading teams on shift, ideally within specialty coffee or leading hospitality establishments;
• Prior experience undertaking day to day operational and administrative duties such as ordering stock, collating invoices, opening and closing procedures;
• Ability to delegate and lead by example;
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy;
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service;
• Experience in complex, fast-paced environments
