**The Role**

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, hard-working, and motivated individuals to join our team in Airport West on a casual basis (weekend availability is a must).

The key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

- Customer service and reception, including greeting and being friendly and approachable to our guests, members, and staff.
- General reception duties and taking responsibility and pride in your presentation and approach.
- Assisting in stock take and other administrative duties as required.
- Membership and retail sales - part of this role is being able to cross sell and approach guests or members to discuss and assist with their needs.
- Understanding of our memberships and their requirements.
- General cleaning and maintenance of the gym, including walking the gym floor and making sure both the gym and shop front is clean.
- Reporting any maintenance issues that require attention.

- Willingness to learn and show initiative
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A passion for the health and fitness industry

To be eligible for this position you must have:

- Previous customer service experience
- Strong PC literacy and administration skills
- Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
