**The opportunity**

Working as part of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you’ll support the delivery of health care for our clients across Australia. Your approach will be driven by human-centered, holistic, evidence-based care.

**This role is based in Adelaide with a mixture of working from our Pirie St office and from home on a permanent full time basis.**

**What you’ll be doing**
- Liaising with and arranging providers to deliver care to our clients in home
- Scheduling in home services for clients
- Credentialing and management of new service providers
- Providing quality administrative support to your team with fast and accurate turnaround of reporting, document processing and client data management
- Supporting the effective delivery of home-based health care across Australia
- Working closely with your Team Leader, Care Coordinators and other medical administrators
- Helping to improve the health and wellbeing of hundreds of Australians
