Who will be primarily involved with and responsible for the badging and access of Boeing nationally.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general administrative tasks and manage project drives, files and calendars
- Assist with report preparation, team communications and monitoring
- Assist with facilities management related activities including initiation of purchase requisitions
- Perform access control and monitoring to company property including development of policies and procedures
- Verify identification to maintain export control compliance
- High level of attention to detail when dealing with repetitive datasets to verify correct and true information across a multitude of programs and platforms

**Experience/Qualifications**
- Relevant office or project administrator experience
- Customer service experience or experience in a customer-based position
- Understanding of a defence or secure environment
- Competent and familiar with the Word Suite, most notably Excel
- Highly organized, task orientated, self-starter that demonstrates a high degree of initiative and requires mínimal supervision and enjoys interacting with various parts of the business
- Ability to be on-call as required by business needs and to travel periodically as planned or unplanned
- Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements. This role requires the successful applicant to obtain an Australian Government Negative Vetting level 1 Security Clearance
