**About the Assignment**

To provide functional support across the Access team in the establishment, implementation and on-going coordination of cultural heritage, native title and land access requirements for the Cooper and NT assets.

Specifically, this position will:

- Responsible for the planning, co-ordination and administration of work programs in accordance with asset requirements, the relevant Cultural Heritage Management Plans and Land Access Agreements
- Administration of property portfolio requirements, council land rates, levies and taxes as required
- Responsible for ensuring access obligations and compliance actions are captured and administered in the Comtrack database
- Responsible for ensuring budgets, purchase orders and invoices are tracked and processed
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including asset partners, landholders, native title parties, statutory and regulatory bodies
- Coordination and administration of logistics for stakeholder meetings
- Attendance and interface at asset specific planning and execution meetings

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have the following key skills and experience:

- Completion of study at certificate, diploma or degree level
- Previous experience in areas of cultural heritage, native title and land access within the context of the resource industry
- Experience in working with landholders, traditional owners and statutory bodies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated with internal and external stakeholders
