About Us:

Bluvitalize is Western Australia's Preferred Pool Resurfacing Company, offering services for both residential and commercial pools. We specialize in transforming tired, worn-out pools into stunning, revitalized outdoor spaces.

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Fibre Composite Technician to join our team. You will play a key role in the fiberglass/composite lamination, and repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate, repair, and apply fiberglass and composite materials to pool surfaces.
  • Perform pool resurfacing, including sanding, filling, and finishing.
  • Prepare and apply resins, coatings, and fiberglass laminates safely and accurately.
  • Inspect finished work for quality, durability, and aesthetics.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Australian Certificate IV in Polymer Technology, or overseas equivalent
  • Experience: At least 1 year of full-time employment experience post qualification, or if no formal qualification, then 3 years of full-time employment experience in a similar position.
  • Proven experience as a Fiberglass or Composite Technician, ideally with pool work.
  • Knowledge of fiberglass, resin systems, and application techniques.
  • Ability to work with precision and maintain high-quality finishes.
  • Physically fit and able to work in workshop and poolside environments.
  • Familiarity with workplace health and safety procedures when handling chemicals and resins.
