**The Company**

Is a global specialist diabetes care company, who have a strong presence in the market. They are dedicated to helping people living with diabetes. They have a strong business in Australia, and have successfully built a market throughout all avenues of healthcare, focused on diabetes educators, pharmacy, the healthcare practitioner and people with diabetes.

**The Role**

As a key part of the marketing team, you will be heavily focused on execution of the marketing strategy, with a concentration on marketing communications.

Based in the North West of Sydney, you will have the opportunity to work from the office and home, whilst supporting the marketing and sales team. Your main responsibilities will be:

- Supporting the marketing manager in the execution of communication to all internal stakeholders including the sales team, marketing, APAC digital lead, customer service
- Support the implementation of all marketing communications to key marketing targets including Health Care Practitioners, Pharmacies and People with Diabetes
- Liaise with external agencies, both creative and digital to assist in the successful implementation of marketing campaigns
- Support the sales and customer service teams as the internal marketing contact, ensuring a high level of product knowledge to support their needs
- 2 years of basic marketing experience, preferably within a healthcare setting
- Strong executional skills, including capability for copy writing, social media management
- Core marketing communication skills such as segmentation, messaging, event management and agency management.
- Strong skills in Excel, Word, Power point and other marketing programs that assist in creative and marketing execution
- You must be a doer, someone who is organised, well planned and committed to getting things done, who shows initiative and has a plan to execute
- Able to work across multiple projects at once, to prioritise workload and deliver as required
- Degree in Marketing or Business
