**About the Role**
We are currently seeking experienced **Disability Support Workers** to support a male participant located in **Loganlea, QLD 4131**. The participant sustained a spinal cord injury which is the result of a motor vehicle accident.

The participant requires support Monday through to Sunday, in the morning and evening followed by an inactive and is available for an **immediate start**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Personal care and hygiene support
- Medication management
- Manual handling, including transfers and hoist use
- Complex bowel and catheter management
- Community access and participation in health and rehabilitation activities

**Pay Rates**
- **Day shift**: $40.00/hour
- **Afternoon shift**: $44.00/hour
- **Saturday shift**: $56.00/hour
- **Sunday shift**: $72.00/hour

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- Australian Driver Licence
- Current Police Check
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Current Blue Card
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Completion of Effective Communication Module (NDIS)
- Third-party compulsory car insurance
- Two professional references
- A reliable, proactive, and positive approach
