**About the Role**
Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for vibrant and motivated individuals to join our journey in raising the standard of care provided to people living with a disability. We are looking to build a committed 24/7 team for a SIL we have in the Loganlea area.
Danny Met Sally specialise in Supported Independent Living (SIL). The purpose being to assist with and/or supervise daily tasks to develop the skills of an individual to live as independently as possible. We currently have multiple SIL homes in operation, with the endeavour to continue sourcing & opening additional homes to support participants requiring Supported Independent Living (SIL).
We are seeking support workers to assist in the day-to-day operations of each home, as well as the care of the participants residing in the home.
**Components of the role include Personal Care, Implementing Behaviour Support Plans, Implementing Authorised Restrictive Practices, Medication Administration, and Facilitating Social and Community Engagement.**
**About You**
- 12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification
- Medication Administration Certificate
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Driver’s License & Car
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or Police Check & WWCC
- Triple COVID-19 Vaccination
- Experience working with clients with complex mental health & physical disabilities.
- Commitment to an ongoing roster of support
