An exciting opportunity to join BOQ Group in a **12 month max term contract** opportunity (which includes Bank of Queensland, Virgin Money Australia and ME Bank) as Process Analyst has arrived By joining the digital bank of the future, you will be able to make a difference with curiosity and optimism by enabling an understanding of where the business is (baseline/current state) and its future, adding significant value to our organisation. We are looking for a Process Analyst to join us on a permanent basis within our Group Operations landscape, where you will facilitate and document focused discussions with all impacted stakeholders that enable an understanding of where the business is today (baseline/current state) and where they are going in the future. This will enable analysis of different options and a recommendation as to the solution that best delivers value to the business.
In this role, you will also be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Determining and planning fit for purpose process modelling/process analysis, which includes leading the planning and facilitation of process analysis activities/workshops as required.
- Completing up-front analysis to provide an understanding of the problem/opportunity to be solved.
- Gathering data and evaluating the financial, cultural, technological, and organisational factors impacting feasibility of process change and developing strategies for improving workflow and enhancing business processes in line with BOQ’s strategic priorities.
- Completing and analysing the current state position to ensure the baseline position is understood by all impacted stakeholders,
- Ensuring operational risks are identified, understood, and mitigated by the business in relation to in-scope changes.
- Documenting client requirements for the implementation of significant changes in business functions and process, organisational roles and responsibilities, and scope or nature of service delivery.

**About you**
You’ll join us with experience as a process analyst or similar, where you have strong knowledge of business process modelling and improvement, requirements elicitation and documentation, and solution analysis and validation. You will thrive on working in a fast paced and constantly growing environment, having the ability to influence and resolve ambiguous problems and managing multiple requirements effectively. Your demonstrated skills in driving detailed analysis and communicating complexity in simple terms is what will set you apart and your time management skills will always be displayed, where you are organised and hold the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
