Overview

As the Process Analyst based in the Brisbane Hub, you will support our customers and business partners in the provision of BPM SME knowledge, process analytics and discovery, procedure writing and process mapping.

You will provide process insights which elevate and improve our customer experience and embrace Great Southern Bank's purpose, brand and culture, all while supporting and advising business team members and partners to ensure cohesive and successful outcomes.

Pleasenote this is Brisbane-based role.

You
0ll make an impact by:
  • Demonstrating project and business initiative process support and change management
  • Demonstrating your analytical ability to enable transformation of process delivery using levels of process maps, member journeys, business rules and risk controls
  • Assist in the delivery and ongoing consistency of BPM methodologies and tools which support our customers and process ownership awareness
Do things differently with usTo succeed in this role, you will have:
  • Certification or experience in Agile and Lean methodologies
    ash Essential
  • 3+ years
    experience in procedure writing, process mapping to BPM standards and process analysis using methodologies like Agile and Lean concepts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including developing requirements, solution documentation, facilitating workshops, building relationships and interacting with key stakeholders/partners within all levels of the organisation
  • Excellent fact and information gathering capabilities supporting problem solving skills with lateral thinking and the ability to effectively work on multiple activities at one time
  • 3+ years
    experience in the financial sector is preferable
  • Degree in Business Process Management or Business Process Analysis or other relevant degrees
