**Kickstart your career at SALHN as an Administration Officer**

As the Administrative Officer, Outpatients Support Services, you will be multi-skilled in all administrative aspects of the SALHN Outpatient Clinics and be responsible for the provision of confidential, efficient and comprehensive; customer orientated front-line administrative support to the SALHN Outpatients Clinics.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Administration Manager & Supervisor, this role is responsible for the provision of confidential, efficient and comprehensive; customer orientated frontline administrative support to the SALHN Outpatients Clinics. Duties in this role may include:

- Managing the patient administration system
- Processing of referrals in a timely manner
- Notifying patients of clinic appointments and issuing relevant literature to patients prior to consultation
- Adjusting appointments when required and informing patients of changes
- Providing professional, quality, and responsive customer service.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Sound communication skills, verbal, written and interpersonal, to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience in providing effective customer service
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team without direct supervision
- Effective time management and organisational skills
